Very efficient, they communication before the move was clear and timely. They asked me to make a video of the things that needed to be packed and then gave a quote based on that.The moving team arrived on time and were very polite and professional, quickly packing things neatly and labelling all the boxes in detail. Packing and moving all of my things to the new house took approximately six hours for a 1-bedroom house, which included four full bookshelves that probably took up most of the time.Overall, while it's not cheap to hire any moving service, I think we really benefited from the service and I'd say that Jones Moves delivered great value for what we paid. Jones Moves was incredible. The whole booking process was straightforward and on the day the team was fantastic.We were moved in and out of our one bed flat in no time - and with no stress for us!

We used Jones Moves to move from a 3rd floor flat with no lift to a 2nd floor flat with no lift. As I'm almost 8 months pregnant it was important we had a stress free moving experience and that's exactly what we got! The team arrived at 8.45am and were done and dusted by 11.20am....amazing considering how much stuff we had and all those stairs! The men were friendly, hard working and efficient. Jones moves made what can be a stressful day absolutely seamless!
From initial contact with Rosie - she answered all my questions, offered flexible options and always responded quickly.
On the day the guys were prompt and effective. I couldn't believe how quickly they packed up and emptied the flat. And they even assisted me with a few last minute items that needed disassembling.

My boyfriend and I decided to hire Jones Moves to help us move from London to Maidenhead, and we're so glad that we did. Not only were they always super friendly and quick to reply, but they were also very forthcoming and had an answer to every single question we threw at them. They kindly dropped off all moving supplies that we needed a week ahead of time, so we could start packing things up in our own time. The moving team on the day was OUTSTANDING a?? we were literally both rendered speechless as to how incredibly quick and careful those guys were, it was genuinely impressive. They were done dismantling some of our furniture, carrying all our boxes (25 ish) and furniture from the 2nd floor down to their truck, driving everything to our new place, carrying everything back upstairs (3rd floor, no lift) and reassembling our furniture in not even 4 hours. This includes a 1 hour drive, by the way. They wouldn't even let us help them because, and I quote 'this is what we're here for, all you got to do is sit down and relax'. Overall we would rate this lovely family business 10/10, and can only highly recommend their services. Read more

The team exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly competent, courteous and extremely efficient. They broke down our furniture, loaded the van, drove over, unpacked and rebuilt in just four hours. We received our boxes in good time so we could pack beforehand too. We were able to pay a one off fee as well, rather than pay by the hour, which was important to us.

Moved from Croydon to Staines and JonesMoves were crucial to to the ease of the move. By far the cheapest quote for the move (especially as it was for three men and a luton van) and Rosie was very helpful with answering all of my questions and getting us booked in before the move. On the day, although they arrived later than planned, they were very efficient with packing the van and we were amazed by how much they could get in! Unpacking at the other end was done as well very efficiently and quickly. Despite having to climb two flights of stairs with some heavy furniture, there were no complaints and they just got on with the job. Throughout the entire process, everyone was friendly and accommodating and we were very glad we had decided to move using their services.
