Leader Removals

We were extremely happy with our choice of Leader removals. They were pleasant to deal with, only required a deposit up front and did not request the balance until after the move had taken place and we were happy with how it went. They were responsive and pleasant on the phone/email. The 2 men who performed the removal arrived early and were flexible in parking (we only had on-street parking so it was a bit tricky to get into the space). They were very efficient with moving the furniture, and wrapped it properly. They were impressively good at remembering exactly what they had picked up and which room we wanted it to be put into in the new house! They took off their shoes every time they came back into the house to avoid bringing any dirt in to our new carpet, and were very careful when carrying the furniture to avoid hitting the walls etc.
Overall we were extremely happy, and would recommend them again in a heartbeat. They were also reasonably priced. Read more

Very efficient from start to finish. I have moved many times and this was the quickest and most stress free of all of them. They disassembled the furniture very quicky and reassembled it better than it was set up before and got rid of any wobbles. Very polite and professional. Very smooth move. The 4 lads worked like Trojans and only stopped for 15 mins
for lunch.

Moving is a very arduous experience and having moved three times in the last 6 years, I can say without a shadow of doubt that the team at Leader Removals were by far the best. The three men that were on the job were very polite , considerate and very efficient. Even with my two children running about them while they were moving and disassembled furniture they never complained. They were respectful and kind to me and my family at all times, what ever the requests that were given them they went along with . I have not ever written a review for any removal company, but in this case, I have to show appreciation, where it is clearly due. They were a bit late because of an accident on the M25 but kept us informed and the moving was very smooth and quick , they were very careful of all breakable furniture , and took extra care in loading and unloading . Quick, easy quotes and the moving team were efficient and excellent.
An option to pay by EFT would be nice (was an internal procedural company requirement) but the alternatives for payment were easy and the team helpful to assist us meet our own red tape requirements.

I’m happy that I have chosen Leaders Removal. There were friendly and they didn’t waste any time. I’ll definitely use them again.

Even though we sent detailed images of everything required for the move, the quote was still much lower than the actual time taken, therefore the cost was much higher than expected. Moving is not cheap, so knowing how much things like this cost is important for budgeting. Having to pay extra on the day is not a nice feeling. Read more

Two guys did all the job perfectly fine. Very accurate, nice and polite. The customer service, however, did not state the full price at the beginning. The VAT part was missed in the conversation at the beginning. So, there was a "surprise" final price change at the end. Otherwise, the actual work was done really really good. Highly recommend.
