Review:Dreadful. Cost more than double the estimate, they didn't do any research into accessibility of street (Google maps, anyone??) , delivered my stuff in a completely inappropriate vehicle for the job. I had to help the men move things, whilst I had the company office on the phone trying to squeeze as much money out of me as they could. A light was broken in transit, no apology made for that after I pointed it out and a hifi speaker is missing. MacKenzies are refusing to accept any culpability on either front.. Very quick to call when looking more and more money, not so quick to provide good customer service. I have already told a lot of people how awful they were and I shall continue to do so. Terrible company.

Review:I went for a cheaper quote with ANY VAN which I would not recommend to any one. Mackenzie's came to next day and took the drama out of the whole thing. Nothing was a problem to Mackenzie, they cleared the house completely and the guys told not to panic as they would take everything and it would be well packed too. Plus they delivered when they quoted too, so no drama with Mackenzie

Review:Extremely helpful, and fast workers. The day before the move we had to contact Mackenzie to let them know we ended up having a lot more boxes than expected and they answered me almost instantly and the moving day brought a bigger lorry, so everything was ok.

Review:The only thing I found fault with was they brought the boxes in first and I think it would have been much better to bring the furniture in first, then some of the boxes could have been emptied straight away.
