Very satisfied with a Move Southwest. They arrived ahead of time and deployed teams as promised, with two men inside and two outside loading the van to minimise through traffic. The house was soon emptied that enabled us to present the house well for our buyers. Keys to our new property were delayed, but once released the teams quickly unloaded the van and were away by 5pm as planned. Read more

Great job especially as we were moving to the third floor of a building with no lift! Guys did an excellent job, felt sorry for them as it was such a big effort with some of our furniture.

price was competitive and helpfully provided some free packaging materials for the move. some things got damaged during the move, which sometimes can't be helped, but instead of telling us they tried to repair/cover up with filler. They forgot about our booking! After they didn't turn up, I called and they had no record of it. For a while, with two young kids and everything packed, it didn't look like we would be moving that day.
