The best money spent in my life. Amazing customer service from the start to the end. We had a video call to show them all the furniture that needed to go and they gave us a quotation on the same day at very competitive price.On the day of the move communicated before arriving, placed everything in the truck super fast and I'm still surprised how they been able to fit that much, We just had to do one trip. Excellent to deal with, highly recommended. The guys were polite and careful on moving day, quick and painless.

Following a quickly replied message with a video call dates were suggested, changed and finally settled. Keith and Waz arrived on time, with a clean van and ready to start quickly. Assessed my furniture and had the van fully loaded with the first load in an hour, everything secured and protected. Despite my own disorder in the new house, they unloaded, reassembled and were back at the house in no time for a second load after a very short break. We had a challenge with Franken-Bed (my home made Murphy bed) and after some emergency amputation on my part Keith and Waz somehow got it out despite only having a centimeter of wiggle room. They also very kindly accepted to move some glass for my cold frames that I couldn't fit in my short car although I hadn't listed them. Despite getting contradictory instructions from my wife and I they made all the right choices (my wife's). They were polite, worked quietly and quickly and within a few hours what could have been a dreadful day was calmly completed and in the past leaving me ready to move on with the rest of my new house challenges. Ross and his team were absolutely superb throughout the whole moving experience. Great friendly guys who looked after my goods as if the were their own. I chose to let them pack everything. This was more expensive but well worth the money. No stress or anxiety for me and my partner and not a single breakage. So well organised, most of my stuff was packed and in the van the day before leaving only my bed to pack on the day of the move.
