Move on Time were beyond helpful and made our move in day stress free.
Whilst packing I realised that I had more items than the original itinerary. I informed Craig prior to moving and he was extremely understanding of this.
On the day Craig and Dee arrived promptly and immediately got to work, wrapping up valuable items and placing them in the van securely. Not only were they excellent at taking care of our items, but they were so chatty and I could've spoken to them all day.
When unpacking at the new flat they helped put everything in the correct rooms and even offered to unpack my car, which I didn't expect at all.
I would highly recommend Craig and Dee if you're looking to move and will certainly be using them again in the future.
I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough, they are fantastic! Everything they say about their business is true, a truly family run business, they are warm, friendly, amazingly helpful and professional. They did a brilliant job of helping me move my mother, from a first floor property (so lots of lugging heavy awkward furniture down stairs) to her new home, and helped us set up the other side, even building moms new bed frame for us and arranging it in the room how she wanted it. But for me the biggest thing was how kind they were to my mother. She has lots of health problems, including severe anxiety and these guys were so patient, warm, friendly and kind to her at a time when she was really struggling with all the change going on around her. While it is great customer service, it also reflects the values of business. Many businesses claim to have family values and great customer service, but when the jobs got to get done seldom stand up to their own test and brush aside the little things that make a difference. Not these guys. Can not recommend them enough. I’ll be using them again when I move myself in a few months
At first encounter with this company, I had my reservations - but since the move I know I couldn't have been more wrong! Both movers were polite, professional, and autonomous in their work. Had a problem with our old sofa being too wide to fit through the door frame, however this was resolved without fuss from the team. Thank you!
Very friendly gang did ALL the work for me. Asked when necessary to confirm what was to go where.
However.....Boxes went into the wrong place. I had two cars to fill and the van. I had written clear messages on one A4 sheet, plus verbal confirmation. I wanted things I'd need in my new address to be put into one car and the rest into the other. I was always available to ask but some things I definitely needed in my new place put in the other car AND into storage! A box of paperwork with important letters went into storage and quite possibly at the back!
