    We used Move in Time as their approach from first contact to doing an extra run the next day was very professional yet friendly. You worry about will my precious belongings be looked after, will furniture get scratched, will they turn up on the day? All these worries can be forgotten thanks to Move on Time!After 27 years in the same house it was a big move to go 70 miles away but Craig and his team made it a painless experience. Wholly recommend- great value for money, friendly yet professional team and nothing too much trouble.

    Craig and Dee were amazing. Super friendly and made the day much less stressful. Would use again and recommend highly. I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve it.

    Move on Time were beyond helpful and made our move in day stress free.
    Whilst packing I realised that I had more items than the original itinerary. I informed Craig prior to moving and he was extremely understanding of this.
    On the day Craig and Dee arrived promptly and immediately got to work, wrapping up valuable items and placing them in the van securely. Not only were they excellent at taking care of our items, but they were so chatty and I could've spoken to them all day.
    When unpacking at the new flat they helped put everything in the correct rooms and even offered to unpack my car, which I didn't expect at all.
    I would highly recommend Craig and Dee if you're looking to move and will certainly be using them again in the future.

    I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough, they are fantastic! Everything they say about their business is true, a truly family run business, they are warm, friendly, amazingly helpful and professional. They did a brilliant job of helping me move my mother, from a first floor property (so lots of lugging heavy awkward furniture down stairs) to her new home, and helped us set up the other side, even building moms new bed frame for us and arranging it in the room how she wanted it. But for me the biggest thing was how kind they were to my mother. She has lots of health problems, including severe anxiety and these guys were so patient, warm, friendly and kind to her at a time when she was really struggling with all the change going on around her. While it is great customer service, it also reflects the values of business. Many businesses claim to have family values and great customer service, but when the jobs got to get done seldom stand up to their own test and brush aside the little things that make a difference. Not these guys. Can not recommend them enough. I’ll be using them again when I move myself in a few months

    At first encounter with this company, I had my reservations - but since the move I know I couldn't have been more wrong! Both movers were polite, professional, and autonomous in their work. Had a problem with our old sofa being too wide to fit through the door frame, however this was resolved without fuss from the team. Thank you!

    The MOT team was courteous, respectful, and willing to assist during and after the furniture delivery. The team only departed after they were assured that all furniture items were placed appropriately and we were completely satisfied. Alleviated a lot of the stress associated with a relocation.

    Very friendly gang did ALL the work for me. Asked when necessary to confirm what was to go where.
    However.....Boxes went into the wrong place. I had two cars to fill and the van. I had written clear messages on one A4 sheet, plus verbal confirmation. I wanted things I'd need in my new address to be put into one car and the rest into the other. I was always available to ask but some things I definitely needed in my new place put in the other car AND into storage! A box of paperwork with important letters went into storage and quite possibly at the back!

    Hi Karen, Thank you for your review. We would like to apologise if there were miscommunication when it came to your moving day. Our team arrived, pack and remove items from your home. Your car was unfortunately not packed. You asked whether we were able to pack your car for you. our team extended the curtesy of packing your car, despite not charging you for this, as we are more than happy to help. Any items that were packed into your car were confirmed by you, as you were located in the same room (where all items that needed to pack into your car were). When the first car become full of items, the other car was then drove to the front of the property by yourself for the movers to pack an additional car. There was not any communication with the respect of items needing to be in a specific car, and we once again would like to extend the apology if this were not asked by our team, as we assumed that both cars needed to be peaked with the items that you have prearranged in your living room (in one bundle) before the team arrived. We also disconnected appliances there were still attached, as a good will gesture, despite not being informed about this before the day of the move. We are sorry if the extra help offered by our team has caused confusion on moving day. Many thanks.
