Review:Fantastic service from beginning to end. Bill was super efficient and reassuring when booking and made it as smooth as possible. On moving day, movers turned up on time and helped no end with getting everything on the van. It was a long time getting my keys, but the guys were patient and waited with no complaints. Review:We got packing and moving services, they had a lot to do and it was lil all done on time and with a friendly attitude.Only one item of many was damaged but we were quickly and fairly compensated without any problems.Bill was excellent though the process making sure communication was quick.

Review:It was a very difficult day to be moving as the weather conditions were wet and rainy. Although we had to stop for a good hour we eventually made it into the top floor flat. White goods over 20 boxes 3 sets of furniture and a snake tank were successfully moved.

Review:They were very accommodating. Bill was very transparent from the beginning and made me feel at ease. Moved from a 2 bed flat, to 3 bed house and the price was very competitive (400) all in. The two guys doing the removals, Mores & his colleague (didnt catch his name) were brilliant. They were extremely careful with our belongings, very polite and easy to talk too. It was just an all round great experience on a very stressful day. Highly recommend.

Review:The guys who helped me move on the day were lovely and worked hard. However, Bill who was their manager was lovely and helpful up to the move date. On the day he was rude and even threatened to pull the boys off the job and dump my stuff on the grass . This was just because I had to move on my own and the boys came early so I genuinely forget to pay the final bit at the start of the day. On a stressful day, this is not what you need. I would never recommend them if he still works for them.

So sorry about your experience Jill but look at the way the country is and was, financially and I cant just take a customers word "that i am good for it" wW knew the rules that a payment screenshot had to be sent, On deposit day no issues at all with payment or screenshot. We have had 2 issues with previous customer who never had the total amount of money or had 4 trucks full and by 2pm not paid so I have to be assertive and look at all customer the same.Good luck in the futureReading

Review:Leading up to the move was fine and professional. On the day of the move, the movers arrived in 2 unmarked vans where I thought it would at least have a logo on.The move happened very quick. Within the move, I had a damaged and broken item. When contacting Olypmia they wanted pictures and a receipt of the item, which I gave across. I was told that the damaged item is still usable and they wont refund me for it, unless I break it further.

Hi Michelle, I am sorry about you're experience with us, please remember what is more important you order 1,2,3,or 4 vans with the right amount of men and on time is more important than a logo on a van. The broken item, yes in claims in the financial world we live in people will try and claim for somethings and i have to see pictures. Do i just take face value, and receipts of course to gauge value of item, depreciation how old, can i get you a like for like online etc. I was have seen people make a claim for new and sell the existing item if i am unsure it is broken ....I am sorry for your experience and we did not meet your expectationsLuton

Review:it was very stressful. it was agreed that i was getting a 7.5T lorry and 3 luton vans turned up from different companies with no warning. they agreed later that they were sister companies. i had turned down others who offered me this approach. the sales guy threatened to stop the removal on the day as felt i was being unreasonable.i would not trust and use this company again as it was a very stressful experience

I remember yourself as my customer, yes we have 2 companies under our brand that is normal and if some of our trucks don't have logo's surely the most important thing is we turn up on time with working trucks to the size agreed and the right amount of men. You're house was extremely full of boxes that makes it a harder job and you chose us because we obviously offered the best price. On removal day you wanted to pay by CREDIT CARD and your deposit wasn't why change the payment methods and you were haggling on final balance just because of a white van rather than a blue one.In life you cant please everyone just like the customer is not always right.Good LuckKingston-Upon-Thames
