Excellent service on the phone, good value for money.On the day, the staff were excellent in terms of customer service and friendliness, but were delayed 3+ hours due to a technical problem with a van, and then due to inefficient order in which they packed the van meant that they were unable to load the last couple of items which meant a second trip - something that could potentially have been avoided.That being said, they got the job done within the day, and offered a great price, so I went away happy. We had an amazing experience with Plaza removals. A big thanks to Mo, Nabeel and their team. The kept working non stop since morning till midnight and not even a single second I found them lazy or tired. I was glad to see Mo himself visiting the house while packing was being done. Firstly - I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Plaza Removals were absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly, efficient, careful, responsive to all communication Mo was a fantastic, helping us obtain a quote and understanding the size of our flat to determine our specific requirements. We felt we were taken care of as a customer with regular follow ups and check ins!Michelle was so patient and flexible when it came to changing our moving day ( which we did multiple times - buying a house is a challenge!). She was super friendly and kind on the phone, which put me at ease as this was my first time moving house. Our removal men were amazing! On our moving day we had the pleasure of meeting I truly felt our belongings were in safe and careful hands!!I can honestly say that Plaza Removals made what was already going to be a difficult and emotional day easy, and stress free. Really helpful with all loading. 4 staff arrived all willing and experienced. Someone brought , pre move , plenty of boxes and packing materials Nothing was a problem for them , and keen to make sure we were happy with everything,It was a long day for them but nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, efficient, hardworking. Delivered what they promised. Would recommend.My advice is take your time, don't rush. We decided to pay for an extra day, taking three days rather than two. Full pack on day 1, vehicles loaded on day 2 and resisted the urge to go to new home that day. Day 3 up early to get to new home, unloaded and moved furniture in. Excellent team, worked tirelessly, and moved us lock stock and barrel into our new home with good cheer and professionalism.

Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they underestimated the amount of items to be moved and had to return to clear the garage and shed. As a result it went late into the night but they fulfilled their commitment in good spirits! Read more

When you talk to anyone they tell you that getting married and moving house are the most stressful things to doour move involved moving several miles to a totally different region of the UK it required a lot of planning and unfortunately several change of dates. Mo at Plaza removals took the stress out of the move for us accommodating date changes and communicating throughout which made the removals part of the process seamless.
