Review:There were a number of items left behind. The wardrobes were left built up and a freezer was left in the shed along with a number of items. Pictures were still on the wall. We had to hire a transit van to remove everything that was left and the van was full. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Dear Mr King,I am sorry you feel this way but you are being very economic with the truth! Thomas, our estimator, quoted your removal on what he was shown and told what you would like to be packed and moved. He quoted your volume to be moved at 1400 cubic feet of furniture and belongings. On the moving day we moved 2600 cubic feet of furniture and belongings, including sending another vehicle and 2 more staff to assist........6 removal staff in the end completed your removal. We did this without complaint and as a gesture of goodwill. We bent over backwards to move as much as we could and had no room left in the vehicles to move anymore of your furniture and belongings, that we were not told about. Review:Great service, reasonable and comprehensive quote from Russell. The guys Steve and Jack arrived sharp on the day helped with loads of items I wasn't sure what to do with, bubble wrapped mirrors and art work. They also went into the attic and brought down all of the boxes when some of the other companies wouldn't. I also had concern over the buyers mortgage not being released on the Friday and they allowed me to buy a waiver (I hadn't previously purchased) just the day before my move in case my sale/purchase was delayed until the Monday. Couldn't recommend them enough.

From our initial meeting with Russell who provided excellent guidance and advice plus a good value for money quote, to the team of guys who moved us out our top floor flat in the city centre on the hottest day of the year, we were delighted with the service. Careful fast and professional we couldn't ask for more... even our vast selection of houseplants made it in one piece! Underpinning everything is a real ' can do' attitude with courtesy and good humour.
