Precision team were excellent, from booking comms right through to moving day. Courteous, friendly and efficient. Would recommend and use again!

Extremely efficient and professional. Packing service fast and safe, no breakages. Loading went smoothly and speedily. Problems with gaining access meant that unloading could not be carried out on the Friday, the team stayed on site as long as possible. Van safely parked in depot and delivery carried out on Monday afternoon as efficiently as we had come to expect. Two teams involved over whole process and the standard was high from both. There were a number of items left behind. The wardrobes were left built up and a freezer was left in the shed along with a number of items. Pictures were still on the wall. We had to hire a transit van to remove everything that was left and the van was full. I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. Read more

Great service, reasonable and comprehensive quote from Russell. The guys Steve and Jack arrived sharp on the day helped with loads of items I wasn't sure what to do with, bubble wrapped mirrors and art work. They also went into the attic and brought down all of the boxes when some of the other companies wouldn't. I also had concern over the buyers mortgage not being released on the Friday and they allowed me to buy a waiver (I hadn't previously purchased) just the day before my move in case my sale/purchase was delayed until the Monday. Precision made our removal day a pleasant experience. From our initial meeting with Russell who provided excellent guidance and advice plus a good value for money quote, to the team of guys who moved us out our top floor flat in the city centre on the hottest day of the year, we were delighted with the service.
