A long distance move of house and and garden items with full pack service. Quote was very competitive and Nick was very friendly and professional. Chain took months to exchange but was delighted when Louise could fit us in. On the 1st of two days Nick and the team turned up bang on time and ready for six hours of solid packing and loading. I was dreading the day but Nick and his team of James & Mick were absolutely fantastic. The day was freezing and I lived in a first floor flat with a very steep staircase.
No one was grumpy--- they were happy and helpful all day long.

What an amazing removals firm, professional from start to end. We had a two day removal and they totally took the stress out of our move. Superb service received from Nick and his friendly team at Pro-move Relocation. They offered a competitive quote, came up with a practical solution at short notice, we agreed a date and they turned up on time, took care of our carpets and furniture whilst lifting and walking through the house, all belongings very carefully packed and loaded in to clean vans in good time, respectful of our pets throughout the move, unloaded items in to correct rooms upon arrival at the new house. There were no breakages or no scratches to any of our furniture. They were all very friendly and helped to make our move as stress free as possible. I had an appraisal done and was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the company. But that was nothing compared to the ease and efficiency of the move: they arrived on time, loaded the van quickly and with minimum fuss. Then, at the other end, everything was unloaded just as quickly and with a good deal of good humour too. There were no hidden costs and it was as stress-free as I could hope a move could be. Nick, Jerome, Tony and Louise provided us with an excellent service in the build up to and on the day of our move. I wanted to do all the packing myself and they were able to supply all the boxes and tape required. On the day of the move everything went seamlessly. Absolutely fantastic service, Nick was very pleasant to deal with, the quote was very reasonable and offered the flexibility we needed whilst waiting to exchange. Packaging was left at the property well ahead of the moving date, which enabled us to pack little and often rather than one big rush...

I was contacted by Nick at Pro Move the same day we discussed my needs for my office and home move and he was very helpful. I had a quote in writing within a day which I was pleasantly surprised by. I booked my removal a couple of days later. Nick kept me updated via email while i waited for my removal date to come along, I knew the names of the three guys that were going to be handling my removal prior to their arrival. On the day Tony, Jay and James were really helpful they were careful with my belongings and worked quickly and efficiently I really cannot fault them. They laid protective coverings over my new flooring and placed the items in the rooms I requested and were careful when moving furniture so as not to damage my paintwork. Nick even popped in halfway through the move to check in and make sure everything was ok. I have moved 3 times in the last 4 years, with this being the biggest and most seamless move, thanks to Nick and his team. They were professional, courteous and very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

These guys recently moved my elderly mother from Northampton to Walsall.
From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. They carefully packed all her items (45 years worth) and loaded with real care. No damages and all items arrived in perfect condition.
All staff were cheerful and worked tirelessly for two days.
