Review:Make sure you get their insurance details before you use them. They lost a valuable item and have delined to admit responibility or provide their insurer details thus preventing me form making a claim. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone use this firm.

Review:I would strongly recommend Vanplan to anyone thinking of moving. They were outstanding from initial phone call to move day and aftercare.As an elderly widow this was my first move on my own. Oliver immediately put my mind at rest on his first visit. Unfortunately due to circumstances I had to change moving date not once but three times. Oliver and Gregg were patient and understanding at all times. Oliver and his young men were simply brilliant on moving day itself.
