Review:I didn't enjoy my experience with this company at all. I provided them with all the information they asked for about the size of the move and after a phone consultation I was given a reasonable sounding quote. The cost of the move ended up being over four times what I was quoted by Notis, the owner. And then the removals men refused to take any of my items into the house until I'd settled the final bill - bearing in mind it was a couple thousand more than I'd been expecting. A horrible way to treat a paying customer which made an already stressful moving experience even more stressful and unpleasant.

Unfortunately, you mentioned only a few big items on your inventory list but there were a lot more. And this made us believe we could complete this job in 1 day and with 3-to 4 porters. I apologize for not double-confirming your inventory list one more time before the job started as I normally do. If I knew the real size of your house and the volume of stuff you had for us to pack, I would be able to be more realistic and accurate with my estimations/quotes. I can recognize this and I would like you to accept my apologies. 2. In terms, of the payment, This is a process we do in all our jobs (get paid 1-2 hours before the end). Also, it was a Sunday that day, and I kindly ask you to complete the payment before 6 pm so I could leave the office and clear it on the system.It was a very harsh review in my opinion, but Sorry for any inconvenience we caused.Many thanks, NotisSlough

Review:It was pleasure getting removal service from Vantasy. When I first approached this is the only company provided the reasonable quote with clear terms and conditions. Quite responsive and duly followed -up for on fixing the date time and finally the remarkable and professional service in terms of handling stuff. I will 110% recommend Vantasy for any shifting home. Review:The company have been a pleasure to deal with from the initial quote to the execution. Always professional and considerate. Turned up on time (calling me in advance with an ETA) and were efficient and friendly on arrival. My goods were suitably protected where necessary and moved swiftly from one address to another. Whilst there was a delay in finding my 2nd address I put this more down to it being a new build development , than it being a fault of the driver. They worked to prevent this having any impact on delivering my goods. Very happy & Id definitely recommend their services.
