Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 will be undertaken by qualified surveyors who have a wealth of experience in residential property and building pathology. The Level 2 survey is most suited to fairly modern properties that were built less than 80 years ago.
A professional and experienced surveyor will carry out an in-depth assessment of the property you’re planning to buy to give you an overview of the property’s condition. It will highlight any major damage and repair work needed.
