Dunham Hale Chartered Surveyors provide regulated RICS Home Surveys and Specialist Surveying Services. We serve customers across the Northwest, Midlands, London and the Southeast. As part of our surveying service, we offer RICS Home Survey Level 2 and 3, in addition to property valuations and snagging surveys. Getting a survey is an essential part of buying a property, allowing you to make an informed decision about the purchase.
Your survey report will also highlight any repairs which are required on the home. As a result, you may be able to negotiate the price of the home based on the cost of the repairs.

It was an easy process! They contacted me with the details and method of payment and booked it in the next day with the estate agents. They took 3 weeks and were efficient in getting the survey back to us!

Things seemed to go well and the report has been acted on, in that some of the questions raised have been left with the sellers, who have agreed to let us have the necessary certificates required. Altogether a good experience.Finglsnd Dent.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
The level 2 survey (formerly called a Homebuyer Survey) is suitable for homes in good condition, up to 40 years old and made of standard construction and methods. The survey provides a brief but concise report on the property, highlighting any major concerns.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously called a Building Survey, Level 3 is recommended for older and unusual properties, renovation projects and listed buildings. This survey is more detailed than Level 2 and can provide a comprehensive overview of the property.
Valuations
We can provide residential valuations for a number of purposes including Private Valuation (for an estimate of value, or when obtaining a Building Survey), Shared Ownership Valuations, Probate Valuations and Help to Buy Valuations (HTBV).
Snagging Survey
We also offer snagging surveys for new build homes. This will highlight any issues or defects in the construction of the home. This gives the property developer the opportunity to rectify problems before you move in. A snagging survey can provide peace of mind when buying a newly built home.
