    We have been so impressed by the quality of the survey carried out on our property and feel that we struck gold when we instructed Paul of Kenhurst Surveyors to help us. It was a bit of a minefield when looking for a surveyor.He was professional and his report was written in plain English (not lots of technical jargon). There were lots of photos included within the report to substantiate his findings both good & bad. Such as photos of damp meter readings, missing tiles (which we knew nothing about) windows showing they opened, or sealed units in double glazing that have failed. These were really helpful. He was timely both with attending the property and forwarding his survey, and I know that he spent a good amount of time at the property when preparing his report.Also we spoke with Paul both before & after the survey and we feel that he gave a really personal service, and came across as a nice person.The report has been really useful and not just a tick box exercise.

    Paul has been absolutely fantastic from getting the survey done to now potentially a month away from the move.He was very clear and informative in his report and followed up with a helpful phone call, also has been great phoning back on a couple of subsequent queries offering very valuable insight and opinion that is greatly appreciated. Without his help we may have bought a property that would have had big issues further on down the line.Would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Paul's attention to detail saved me from purchasing a property which would not have been a good investment for me. His report was clear, to the point and illustrated with relevant photos. On the day of the survey he called me to talk me through his findings & took time to go through the points that were problematic so I was able to understand the issues clearly. All reasonably priced too. I'm still searching so will be back to use Paul's services again!

    NEWPaul was really communicative and accommodating. He conducted and delivered the survey in the agreed time frame, and for a great price! The survey was a comprehensive report, including photos which was helpful. And he was reassuring about the outcomes, alleviating any of my concerns and explaining them in more detail over the phone when I queried them. Thanks Paul!
