Really responsive when contact was first made and really very helpful in explaining the types of survey and what would be best for me- which wasnt them just pushing for the most expensive option! Great to work with, really appreciated the call on the day to talk me through and then received the full report when they said I would! (Also really enjoyed seeing his odd socks in the photos in the report lol!)Fab service from end to end, thank you!
RICS Home Survey Level 2
When purchasing a home, it’s imperative to have a survey carried out on the property. This will help to determine any underlying issues with the property that you may not be previously aware of.
The RICS Home Survey Level 2 provides a detailed inspection of the internal and external areas of the property. Our surveyors are efficient with the process and will provide you with a detailed report on their findings
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you’re purchasing an older home or would like the property inspected in the most detail, we would recommend the RICS Home Survey Level 2. This also consists of checks of both the internal and external areas of the property.
Our surveyors will highlight any major areas of concern that you will need to address with the property. This allows you to have a better understanding of its condition and whether it has been placed on the market at the correct price.
