Home Survey Level 2
RICS Home Survey Level 2 is a concise, descriptive report suitable for most homes – generally those built after 1900 and of conventional build and materials.

Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 Survey is a comprehensive, tailored report with optional valuation, including a structural survey of visual and potential problems. This survey us designed for large, older or unique properties or properties with extensions.
We can tailor the report to your own specific requirements and include extra advice and information based on any concerns you may have. One of our experienced chartered surveyors will be able to advise you on repairs and ongoing maintenance and any issues which will need to be further investigated.
The Level 3 report will ensure you know all about any defects in the house you are about to buy and whether it is a worthwhile investment. This is also invaluable information when it comes to negotiating the price of the property.
