They were brilliant from the get-go. They had difficulty contacting the estate agent/home owner but they persevered. Once the survey was booked the final report was provided within the designates timeframe.

I found Bakemans service to be quick and reliable. Report was turned around in 48hrs from the inspection date and it was full of photos and easy to read. The surveyor was also on hand to clarify certain points. Well worth the money spent.

They surveyed the property and we received our report and thats it. We tried to get the surveyor to ring us back to discuss the report but they never returned our call and we are still waiting 2 weeks later.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Previously called the HomeBuyer Survey the Level 2 Home Survey is ideal for conventional homes built within the last 50 years from common building materials and in reasonable condition.
Your report will include a list of problems the surveyor considers may affect the value of the property, advice on repairs and ongoing maintenance, issues that need to be investigated to prevent serious damage or dangerous conditions, legal issues and information on the surrounding area and local environment.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3, previously called a Building Survey, is recommended for older properties or those in poor condition, are unusual or have been altered, and properties that will be subject to major works.
A more thorough survey than the Level 2, the RICS Level 3 Survey includes an inspection of a wider range of issues, a description of visible defects and potential problems and an outline of repair options and the likely consequences of inactivity, and advice for legal advisors and details of serious risks and dangerous conditions.
