Organised survey promptly and did a detailed survey that highlighted and confirmed issues we had observed and some we hadn't. Very happy with the report.

I chose this company because out of all I spoke to, they promised to be the quickest. Not only did they make a false promise - they delayed the survey significantly to make me regret I didn't chose someone else. You don't promise to survey on 1 week and do it another, despite knowing how urgent it is for the client (I wanted a survey at least 1 week before, and they scheduled the survey to 1 day before I was getting my keys, what if something substantial was discovered??) When I asked for same-day survey report, or at very least a discount because it was not fair I had to pay for their lack of professionalism, overpromising and underdelivering, they still requested a full price. The person I spoke to over the phone was very polite but their manager lacks understanding oh how to properly deescalate customer-facing issues and ensure brand loyalty. Their admin is a mess.Not to mention I myself found many issues that were omitted because they do the 'visual check' only - so the surveyor saw the lighting bulbs were missing and didn't report on it because he 'visually checked' the walls were standing (without measuring if they were standing straight- what a joke). The price was competitive and they provided a very detailed report. Service was straight forward and they responded from initial enquiry very quickly. They took slightly longer than expected to finish the report, but I think this is simply due to the great amount of detail and length of the report. Very well done. Excellent, highly detailed report followed up with a detailed conversation with the surveyor. I had a friend who is a surveyor who lives up north look at our report and he was impressed as a fellow professional by the thorough investigation and documentation provided.We thought we had found our dream house but after a full structural L3 survey we realised we'd have a 100k project that would take months and lots of stress to complete. Totally worth the money as this would have been a nightmare for us. As a company we was very happy with the service overall. The only problem we experienced was that we was promised the survey would be sent to us with in 5 working days of the inspection being done, i had to chase it for another week with receptionists telling me they couldn't get hold of any surveyors. When the survey was eventually emailed to us, the address was wrong on three pages. However this was quickly rectified after i flagged it up. So although we had a couple of issues, the staff that i spoke with were always very polite and as helpful as they could be. Read more

It was all very easy to arrange, pay for and results were recieved within the expected timeframe. They offered a reasonable quote (in comparison to others recieved), including things like photos and the chance to ask questions on the report if needed. We didn't actually ever speak to anyone, including the surveyor on the day - it was all via email - but maybe this is quite normal in this industry. Overall I'd recommend. Read more

No I would not recomend this company to anyone else it took a week to send me the report and then finally i was sent the report through email.I then rung up the company and asked them when they will be sending me a hard copy of the report and was told that if i wanted a hard copy it would cost me 35 so I then went to my nearest stationay shop and got the copy that I printed off bound for 3.86Quite frankly I felt thatI was being ripped off and I would never use this company again or recomend them to anyone else Read more

I don't really have comparison to other surveyors, but they did a good job. It wasn't clear for me how the process works and I had to chase them for some information but time of survey was reasonable. Survey has been received, comprehensive with only a couple of unclear items. Read more
