Really pleased with their services and the price, especially as they advised me on saving money and choosing level 2 survey instead of level 3, as the last one was not necessary on the property we are purchasing. I am really happy I have paid the extra amount for having pictures included, as they came really handy in understanding the report. They also offer unlimited assistance answering your queries following the survey, which is great and you never know when you need it.The only thing that I wasn't happy with was that the surveyor didn't make it on the day because he was blocked in traffic, but that wasn't his fault and is one of those things you can never be sure of. However he went to the property first thing the next day. I would definitely recommend them and I will for sure use them again should I need a survey in the future. Read more

I compared prices with many surveyors and Yoursurveyors were best match I found them on Compare my move than I checked Facebook and intstagtam account as these days we must be carefull , saw good reviews and plus price was best on the market . Called Zoe to book a date for survey and she made it really quickly. I asked her to make it ASAP as we got all paperwork to buy a house and don't want to waste anytime she understood and told me after survey is done it will take 24h for us to receive it which was super fast . Its very interesting all she asked was property address nothing else , she booked appointment with estate agency and house owners by her self I was really impressed.
Later after survey was done she called me and explained detailed what was on the paperwork ,I asked many questions and she could answer them all and give me advice as well.

A very good professional and pleasant experience

Zoe handled our survey all the way through the process. We were able to get the survey done within 48 hours of hiring her and the report arrived a couple of days later. It was very thorough and highlighted some areas of the property we hadn't previously considered. She responded usually the same day to any enquiries we had (both before and after the survey) and the service was fantastic. Was initially apprehensive as the company is so new but it was well worth giving them the chance and I'd highly recommend them to anyone, especially at the moment as other surveyors gave us a lead time of up to one month before they could do it, whereas it was within days for Zoe.
