When the team arrived they called the office and told us there's a lot more stuff than the 50 cubic meters that we had on the list sent by you. So we've sent extra 2 vans and 4 men that ended up the job after 12 hours so if we would have kept only those 2 teams than the job would have been done in minimum 24h and the money you would have paid would have been the same as we just charged you per hour per team. More teams half number of hours of work. Re the packing materials and number of boxes that was discussed with you. Also you did not mention that we also offered free mattress covers. Thanks.
