Via did a fantastic job for me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Legal difficulties meant that I couldn't book a mover until the day before and it was not only a regularly full four-bedroom house, but also a garage and loft conversion containing 1000s of heavy old 78rpm records (140 boxes), which we didn't know till late in the day that the team would also have to move those after being let down by the friend who was going to help with this more special job.

They were absolutely fantastic, and, as if these circumstances weren't bad enough, they also had to deal with the new owners being completely unreasonable and vile to them and even throwing them out of the house at one point, but they were totally professional down to the last man. I can't thank them enough.

I'm sorry its taken a month for me to be able to get this review written, but I couldn't do it from my phone for some reason and I've only just got the laptop set-up with the internet in the new house. I wish Via all the very best for business in the future and I similarly wish all the very best to each and every one of those wonderful lads who were fabulous under those awful circumstances. Professional, got on with it and finished the job

What a fantastic team! We moved from West Yorkshire up to Scotland and couldna??t fault the fantastic team of removal men we had. We had a couple of really long days and they worked non-stop to make our move go smoothly.. Nothing was to much trouble even the climb up all the steps into our new home. We highly recommend ! I would not even give this company 1 star they had little idea on how to move things more like just pack it in the van I helped and ended doing most of the work. They were slow we were only moving a couple of miles from Brierfield to Burnley and he claimed that his sat nav took him the wrong way I got to the new house before them in taxi. The move took two trips as well and they dragged their feet all the way. I would not recommend this company, you do better just getting a van and doing it yourselves. Read more

Nice guys. Had to do 2 trips in the 7.5t van which made it a much bigger job, but still honoured the original price quoted. Were at it all day from about 11:30am til 8:30pm, working in the dark taking shed items downstairs round the back into the garden etc. Nothing damaged so overall very happy with the service.
