Review:VIA moved our two bedroom house from Salford to Lancaster. They provided an excellent service: on-time, removed our valuables safely, and went above and beyond in accommodating where we needed our boxes unloading. All three of the workers were confident and friendly. They provided the stress free move we needed, and did so at the most competitive rate.We have no hesitation in recommending VIA's excellent service.

Review:Nice guys. Had to do 2 trips in the 7.5t van which made it a much bigger job, but still honoured the original price quoted. Were at it all day from about 11:30am til 8:30pm, working in the dark taking shed items downstairs round the back into the garden etc. Nothing damaged so overall very happy with the service.

Review:I would not even give this company 1 star they had little idea on how to move things more like just pack it in the van I helped and ended doing most of the work. They were slow we were only moving a couple of miles from Brierfield to Burnley and he claimed that his sat nav took him the wrong way I got to the new house before them in taxi. The move took two trips as well and they dragged their feet all the way. I would not recommend this company, you do better just getting a van and doing it yourselves.

We are really really sorry you are not happy with our service, I would to say you have told my staff there is only few item need to be removed which is bulky items. When we arrived and seen full three bedroom house need to be moved you had priced £50 per hour and job was worth for £995. We did two trips for you in 4 hours and worked very very fast and hard and professional manor. I do not feel and believe your review is fair because its you who has told different to our staff on the phone and got one load free of charge, but we will improve our service again and again thank you very much for your feed back.
