"Having searched for a removals company I was persuaded by the reviews of Mario moving. The price was slightly more than another company I was looking at but they were willing to price match. The whole process from the survey to the move on the day was made a breeze. The removal guys were fantastic and made the move stress free, everything was handled with care, dismantled, wrapped and transported without a single item damaged. Everything was put into the appropriate rooms and re-assembled in the new house and we couldnt have been happier with the service we received from start to finish. We did have to pay a couple of hundred pounds extra for waiting time as the keys to the new house were delayed on completion of contract, however this is made clear in the contract and the guys on the day reminded this would be the case if we were delayedoverall a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend to any one moving home..!!"

"The lady on the phone who arranged everything was lovely and informative every time we called. On day one the movers walked in and were very negative telling me they couldnt do a lot of things that had been agreed by the lady on the phone. After calling her she ensured they would do what was promised. The man also lectured me on how many belongings I have, something I was embarrassed about already and had explained in detail to the lady how much anxiety I felt around this. My mum ended up dealing with the movers as I was so upset. Day 2 they were much more friendly, and laughing joking and welcoming, with less negative comments. I had a nice chat with the man who told me off and he was a nice guy really. Just maybe as he was older than me he felt it was his duty!! So day 2 went better. The packing was rather random, but I do have a lot of stuff. They didnt rebuild the climbing frame well and this broke when I moved it. Also there was a dent in my freezer that was hidden by their wrapping. They dropped a box of glass which broke, and I have found a mug that was broken. Not too happy about the freezer, and the fact that they didnt build things well if at all. But they tried hard!"

"Generally a good service and certainly cheaper than most other removals firms. Alan is exceptionally good, as other reviewers have commented. However, there was an issue with one of the staff making inappropriate (ie harassing) comments and putting his hands on me on both the packing and the move days, which was unpleasant. I also later discovered some items of my furniture had been damaged during the move, and some items had been left behind (like the entire contents of my fridge and freezer, and things like my mops and brooms, which I had to drive two hours back to go and collect). I personally wouldnt use this firm again. "
