The service was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial survey, to helping us with rubbish removal, to changing our mind about moving a sofa and, of course, the moving from our old house to our new one. Kerry, Joe, Ben, and Derren, were friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional throughout our 300 mile move.What was very impressive is that when we moved to our new home Joe, Ben, and Derren, delivered our boxes and belongings to the right rooms rather than just leave them in the property. That was a massive help when we came to unpack. Derren and Ben assembled a bed and a table for us without being asked - they could see it needed doing and so they did it!In terms of value for money they were excellent. Their quote was comparable or better than the "big" removal companies. I doubt that the bigger companies would have been able to provide such a personal and bespoke service.We can't recommend this company highly enough. From the get go, Moved By Experts were fantastic in every way. Initial contact was really warm and friendly, followed up with great communication at all times and Kerry made us feel completely at ease about the whole, moving process. On the actual day of moving, the two removal guys couldn't have been more helpful, professional and super friendly. They were quick, no messing about and took great care moving all the items from our property into the van (and at the other end into our storage unit) All fragile items/furniture were well protected with blankets, special boxes and covers for a safe transit.As a family fun business, you can tell they care about their customers. The team were excellent, Chris led the packing and move team which involved 3 days as was a Sussex to Devon move to go in to storage. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. Moved By Experts were excellent from the first phone call to the time they left our new properties. They were on call for all the queries we had and always courteous and professional in every aspect of the move. Calming our nerves and making what is a stressful time as relaxed as possible. Nothing was too much bother for them. Even having to unload into the new properties when the people moving put hadn't finished moving there belongings. We had a team of 3 arrive on time and pack up everything promptly and cleanly. They were very considerate of us and our dogs and made the whole move so easy.

Very strong customer service ethic. They handled the packing for us and on unloading put stuff in the loft space on request. They also walked around the house with us after they had finished and were prepared to relocate any furniture we had changed our mind about.
All the guys were friendly and personable and needless to say were very careful with our stuff. We have by no means unpacked all the boxes but there are no breakages and no damage to report.

Good price and friendly.
Luckily I had not signed a contract when my moving date got moved at short notice as I could have been charged 60% of the cost.
Well organised on the day and no hitches. Three men to move and all friendly, helpful and polite.
I chose to do the packing, but they did disassemble and assemble beds, and put boxes in chosen rooms.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MBE removals, they were fantastic. From the onset they were friendly, polite, professional and extremely helpful. On the day they made it very stress free (for which I was most grateful) and didn't leave until they were absolutely sure there was nothing else they could do to help.
