Bishopsgate Law is a uniquely modern and effective firm of solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing. We have an office in Bishopsgate, City of London, and an office in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. We accommodate Clients nationwide and can offer a completely remote conveyancing service, though our clients are welcome to visit us at our offices.
We are regulated by the SRA and are accredited by the Law Society. We are certified to adhere to the highest standards of legal excellence. We offer a balanced service. We have the systems and talent of a city firm, without being overpriced and impersonal; the attentiveness of a decent high street firm, without being under-resourced and old fashioned; the capacity of a regional firm, without applying a one-size-fits-all methodology.
We have an excellent property team with a vast knowledge of the law and of lender requirements, the ability to thoroughly investigate title and the ability to negotiate at the highest level. Here are some of the reasons why they deliver the best possible results for their clients.
We had a very easy case as we were first-time buyers having one house on the chain forward. However, we had received gift monies from overseas that had complications.
We had been assigned a team of a solicitor and a paralegal, plus the quality and compliance manager Panos, who was extremely helpful with quantifying all the monies (that were quite complicated) on time and efficiently.
Overall, our dedicated team was very helpful, fast, efficient and hands-on on our case.
Harry Phillips of Bishopsgate Law replied:
Thank you very much for this feedback! We're so happy to get our first Compare My Move review. I was sitting next to Panos when he was speaking with you and I recall him mentioning how much he enjoyed dealing with you also.We wish you all the best with your new property and please get in touch if you need a property lawyer or employment lawyer in future. You also, as a conveyancing client, can receive a huge discount from our Wills department.Until next time,Harry CEO
