    The survey was organised very swiftly. The RICS level 3 survey was very detailed and I had a clear picture of exactly what I was buying and some helpful recommendations.Chris was very helpful with follow-up questions I had.

    Customer service was faultless! communicated via email, always a prompt response to any queries I had. The actual survey was carried out promptly which was brilliant as COVID seems to be holding everything up. The report was sent via email the day after the survey was carried out. I would definitely use this company again.

    A very friendly and helpful service was received. The surveyor took time to explain any issues with the property and even went back to view one of the rooms at a later date as it was locked on the initial survey visit. No extra charge was levied.     I used Watsons for a level 2 survey plus valuation on the property I was purchasing. They were quick at attending the property and the next day I received a copy of the comprehensive survey and valuation - a document of over 50 pages - by email!!A hard copy of such an important document is essential and there can be no excuse for not providing one.I cannot therefore recommend this surveying company unless you have access to a good copying machine

    Watsons quote suggest that you watch and read RICS guides, but don't be fooled into thinking that the second choice of a Home Buyers Survey, is the same as a RICS type 2 survey, it's not.

    Online sign up process was overly complicated. It involved about 20 or so emails from the company, most badly worded & misleading. Too many stages to sign up, each stage resulting in several emails before you can proceed to the next stage.

As you're aware, after an investigation into your case it was discovered you had accidentally created two Survey Booker accounts with us, resulting in a double set of emails to your inbox. In this case, we could only rectify the issue after the issue had been highlighted to us, and we discovered the cause. We encourage all of our customers who come to us for quotes or booking online, to create an account with us to house any quotes/reports from any instructions. This gives customers access to these at all times.
