She send me the wrong information countless of times and she is unapologetic about her attitude. I would never use this company again!

Review:Poor communication on progress and case workers seem overloaded. Reception makes you feel like you have a real strain on their day if you have to call them.One day the legal profession will wake up to the 21st centurary of great customer experience. Ackroyd are still in the 19th centuary.
