    I had a horrible experience with my conveyancer Gozde tanis was very unprofessional, I could never reach her, and she made the whole process a horrible experience for me. She send me the wrong information countless of times and she is unapologetic about her attitude. I would never use this company again!

    Ackroyd Legal picked up my case when the process was well underway as my previous conveyancer ceased trading. They were much, much better at communicating and got me through to completion in a very efficient manner. Since moving I have made a couple of follow-up enquiries which were handled swiftly and efficiently. Very good service.

    Easy app for identity checks etc. Whole process carried out from my armchair. Less than half the price of local conveyancers. Will use again.

    Poor response to emails. Poor accounting did not stick to fixed price quote. Definitely will not use again

    They have passed it to a company called wymlegal. Who have not been very helpful at all. A few times when I call they just disconnect the call.

    Poor communication on progress and case workers seem overloaded. Reception makes you feel like you have a real strain on their day if you have to call them.One day the legal profession will wake up to the 21st centurary of great customer experience. Ackroyd are still in the 19th centuary.
