More Information

Homebuyer Report

When you’re buying a house that’s fairly new and in a good condition, you will need a homebuyer report. This report is the most common survey and will offer an in-depth assessment of the property.

We will thoroughly examine the house, searching for any hidden defects and damages that could affect your decision in buying the house. If you find out any issues now and not later down the line, you could save a lot of money.

A RICS registered surveyor will carry out the survey, offering their expert help whenever possible.

Building Survey

If the house you’re buying is an older building that’s in poor condition, you will need our RICS building survey. This is the most in-depth survey as it offers a thorough examination of the property’s structure and condition.

We will examine the property looking for hidden damage and defects such as infestation, rot and structural damage. A property survey is essential in finding these issues before you commit to purchasing the house.
