    I used Crossroads Property services Ltd to get home buyer report.
    Actually I and my husband are first time buyer so we have not much knowledge about the procedure to buy the property.
    John who dealt with me always reply me quick and good explanation to let me understand.
    Even some part which was not surveyor's job to explain to me but he kindly reply me.
    100% the service was value for money, very nice customer service and no delay at all with there service.
    If someone look for the surveyor I strongly recommend Crossroads Property service Ltd. and I definitely take the service again if I need surveyor.

    Wouldn’t use them again, not clear on what they will do, checking damp outside the house as opposed to inside, not very helpful.

    We are sorry to learn that the client feels dissatisfied with our service and particularly comments that dampness was checked from outside rather than from inside. In line with RICS requirements and good practice guide, dampness to walls needs to be checked both from outside and inside with the aid of an electronic moisture meter. This was done and reported to client with recommendation for a competent damp specialist’s investigation for the abnormally high dampness recorded to isolated sections of the external walls in order to mitigate any risks to the client. Not to have done this would have constituted professional negligence and irresponsibility on our part.We owe our clients a duty of care and we take this duty seriously and will continue to do everything to maintain and improve our detailed and high standards of reporting to our clients.
