HomeBuyer Report

Crossroads Property Services’ Homebuyer Report will carry out an in-depth visual inspection of your property’s structure and condition, searching for minor and major defects. A RICS regulated chartered surveyor will thoroughly assess your house, searching for common issues that you may have missed. Common issues found during a homebuyer report are damp, rot, woodworm and infestations.

We will create a report where we highlight the issues found during the survey. Our findings will be clearly set out and easy to read. We will offer our professional opinion and exert advice on the condition of your property and what to do next. This survey will also provide you with an accurate valuation of your house.

Building Survey

The most comprehensive survey we offer, our Building Survey is an extremely thorough and in-depth examination of your property’s exterior and interior. A RICS regulated chartered surveyor will assess the structure and condition of your property, highlighting any major areas of concern. This survey is suited for older buildings that were made using unusual materials.

Our building survey will provide you with important information on the materials used to construct your house, coming in useful if you plan on renovating. We’ll also look out for any structural wall movement that’s happened without the proper planning permission.
