RICS Level 2 Survey
The RICS Level 2 Survey, also known as the HomeBuyer Report is best suited for more modern properties, those in good condition, and homes of conventional structure and materials. This survey will give an overview of the condition of the property, highlighting any work which may be required once the purchase is complete.
Our easy-to-understand reports will give details of the visual inspection undertaken by one of our trusted surveyors on the major indoor features of the home, in addition to reviewing the roofing, pipes, gutters, and walls.

RICS Level 3 Home Survey
The RICS Level 3 Home Survey, also known as a Building Survey is a far more thorough inspection of the home. This is recommended for older homes, properties of unconventional build, or that have had extensive work completed on them or are in poor condition.
