Homebuyer Report

When you’re buying a modern built house no older than 80 years, you will need to have our RICS homebuyer report carried out. It will be carried out by a highly experienced and skilled surveyor.

During the homebuyer report survey, we will look out for hidden defects and damage that could affect your decision to purchase the property. If the survey returns negative results, you can either negotiate the original offer to cover the damage or you could back out of the purchase.

We remain professional throughout the process, offering our expert help and advice when needed.

Building Survey

If the house you’re buying is an older property built with unusual materials, you will need our RICS building survey. This survey is the most in-depth survey on offer, assessing the property’s structure and condition.

A highly trained surveyor will undertake the survey, searching for hidden defects that could affect your decision to purchase the property. By having our building survey, you will be made aware of potential issues in the house and able to negotiate on the offer again.
