Compare House ClearanceHomeBuyers Report
Our RICS home buyers report is better suited for you if your property is modern, in good condition, and hasn’t had any major reconstruction work done. We will thoroughly assess your property’s structure and condition, looking for any structural damage such as checking for woodworm and rot.
Common issues found in a homebuyer report are issues with damp-proofing, drainage and insulation issues. This survey doesn’t examine behind furniture or under floorboards.
We will give your property a rating of either condition rating 1, 2 or 3. Condition rating 1 will mean no repairs are needed, and condition rating 3 will mean the property has serious defects. Additionally, the report will offer our expert opinion and advice on the defects and repairs needed.
Building Survey
Our building surveyors have years of experience in the industry. Our building survey is suited for you if your property a listed building that’s over 50 years old, constructed in a unique or unusual way, or your house has under gone major renovations or plan to in the future.
This survey will give you information on how your property was built and what materials were used. We’ll look for major defects and damage such as alteration to supporting walls and if any renovations have been carried out without permission.
We’ll identify the problems and causes and offer our recommendations and advice on how to solve these issues.
