More Information

As soon as the offer has been accepted on the house, you will need to have a reliable and professional conveyancer in place to help with the legal side of the purchase. We start by gathering the legal documents and paper work from the seller’s conveyancer.

We will enquire about property searches including environmental and water searches to find out vital information on the area. Then we’ll exchange contracts on your behalf and organise a day for completion.

You will receive the keys on completion day and become the legal owner of the property.

Farnworth Shaw have years of experience in the industry, where we’ve gained invaluable knowledge. When you’re selling your house, you’ll need the help of a conveyancer to deal with the legal side of things.

We will prepare the draft contract and exchange the contracts with the buyer’s conveyancer once everything has been approved. As your trusted conveyancer for the sale of your property, we will plan completion day and transfer you the final funds from the transaction.
