    We had a difficult move going from a 1st floor flat to a storage unit then a couple of days later.. from the storage facility to our home. The communication was amazing and staff (movers) were absolutely professionals at stacking furniture and things to fit correctly and safely.

    They came for a visit 12 days before removal. They inspected the furniture and assured us that it would be 'easy' and that everything is covered by their insurance.
    On the day they decided that they could not cover the wardrobe and, as it was out moving day, we had no choice but to sign the waiver they were asking us to sign. They did not wrap all items and did not ask if we wished to purchase more wrap in order to do so.
    After the move they quickly made my partner sign to say she was happy despite giving her no time to inspect any of the furniture. When inspecting the furniture afterwards we noticed damage to several items of furniture, including the wardrobe which currently costs £899.
    They have denied any wrong doing and refused to claim any of this on their insurance and accused me and my partner of lying. When I invited them to view the furniture in person they said that they 'have no interest in that, and even if I did I wouldn't pay out'.
    They said they don't believe it as a lot of items were damaged, they did not see it from out side where we were so disappointed that a lot of the items had been damaged. They said that the number of items damaged must mean that we are lying
