Review:Prior to the move, they ignored my clear communicated instructions/plan, and booked the move a day too early. After much persistence, I only managed to get through to them (via call/email), 4 days before my move, and had that corrected. On moving day, they were 4 HOURS LATE, and I was not able to get hold of ANYONE for around 2.5 hours. Two items of wooden furniture and a plastic floor protector were damaged during the move.
