Our removals fleet at Smooth Moves Removals consists of a number of large lorries capable of transporting 4 or 5 bedroom properties. They're regularly maintained and serviced to reduce the risk of breakdowns and delays. For smaller properties, we also have smaller vans to suit your needs and ensure every item is transported carefully and on time. We will ensure your furniture is fully protected with covers, blankets and other custom made covers that may be required.

Our team are regularly trained for domestic removals, as well as export wrapping for fragile and delicate items. We have encountered and successfully overcome all possible risks and opportunities for delays, helping movers get to their new homes with a smile on their face. 

Packing

Our reliable and trained packers at Smooth Moves Removals have the expertise to wrap any valuable or fragile items with complete care and the expertise to ensure they're fully protected throughout transit. Whether your loft needs clearing, your furniture needs dismantling or your garden contents need to be packed, our staff will ensure your items arrive in the same condition they left in. We make sure everything is insured and even use double boxes for added protection.

We only use the highest-quality packing materials to protect your items which are even environmentally friendly and bio-degradable to avoid further waste. We have custom made covers for items such as TVs, sofas, mattresses and doors, as well as floor and stair covers. Our team has the training and experience to know when to use bubble wrap, tissue paper, acid free tissue and cardboard protection to help keep your belongings in perfect condition. Clothes, books, chandeliers, we can pack it all! 

Man and Van

Whether you need it for commercial, domestic or local use, Smooth Moves Removals' man and van services are available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. We will tailor our plans to your specific needs, ensuring the right equipment and vehicle is available for your requirements and circumstance. 

Storage

Smooth Moves Removals storage services are available to clients to help make your removal as efficient as possible. You can access your items whenever you need them in our own secure and dry storage containers. Even if you just need to store your items short-term, you can do so with no long-term commitment necessary. We use bespoke containers which are 5ft x 7ft x 8ft, giving an average capacity of 250 cu ft. They are completely secure and constantly monitored to ensure the safety of every item inside.
