Taurus Removals

During the move they damaged a mirrored glass table. We contacted the company as soon as we realised and despite repeated telephone calls and emails they still havena??t addressed or reimbursed us for the damage. When they did respond they said we hadn't opted for the premium insurance service and the maximum they could offer is A?40. This hadna??t been pointed out to us or discussed when we accepted the quote. When we challenged this their subsequent response was that business is slow due to Brexit. We have been given no forms to complete and our claim remains unresolved. We are every disappointed with this company. They were really flexible and definitely value for money

great price, friendly and worked hard, we had no problems.

Taurus came to pack up on the day before the move, and then two guys came with the van on the move. They were quick and efficient.

Even though I only needed one guy to help unload the moving truck, they sent me two guys to get the job done faster and be able to take on another job the same day.

They were a bit late, but nothing serious, 25 minutes tops. The guys moved fast and were careful with my furniture, which was quite massive, especially difficult to get through the doors. All in all, very happy with their service. Read more

The two men that came to move me 40 miles away arrived a little late but considering it was rush hour time it was understandable. They were efficient, polite and worked their socks off all day. They did forget to bring the mobile wardrobes but a quick call the the Bossman and all was rectified. I would have no hesitation at recommending them to anyone. Read more

Very friendly, efficient and considerate, excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this company.

Okay service. But not best pleased when the van turned up with someone else's furniture still in it. But apart from that the guy's worked very quickly.

On the day the movers weren't interested in customer service....was very much rush to get the job done. Our items were not wrapped or loaded on the lorry with any care or consideration and when unloading there was very little effort to place items in their correct location despite being labelled.
