Review:The survey was carried out very quickly and it was done thoroughly. The report was very detailed, the explanation prior and post survey gave me a lot of knowledge and advice was given. Jonathan spent a lot of time verbally explained to me and in the report. The money I spent for the survey was very worth it and it is very cheap compare with others. Highly recommended.

Formerly known as a Homebuyer Survey, this level of survey is suited to fairly modern properties built less than 80 years ago and are in good condition. It will give an overview of the condition of the property and highlight any concerns.
The survey takes into account any repairs or replacements the property needs and what further advice you should take before committing to buying. This enables the buyer to make an informed decision on the purchase and potentially negotiate the price of the home if work is required.
