Review:I cant thank Neil enough for the amazing service he offered! From the get go when I first got in contact with Neil he was professional and upfront he explained the process and what to expect including time frames and the quality of work! I am completely in awe of the report submitted me, it highlighted all the main details with amazing photos and a very detailed description even with some extra bits Neil personally wanted me to know. His prices are reasonable and fair but his quality of work is outstanding I highly recommend anyone to employ his services and see for yourself.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
The Level 2 survey is suitable for most homes under 50 years old. It is recommended for those in good condition without extensive modifications. The home should also be made of conventional materials.
This survey will highlight any potential issues, defects and list work that may be required. This will be set out with a traffic light system, with items that are considered urgent listed as red. This allows you to make an informed decision on whether to continue with the purchase.
RICS Homne Survey Level 3
If you're looking for a more in-depth survey, our RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the best option to consider. The team provide accurate and detailed inspections of the internal and external areas of the property. We also use drone equipment which provides additional accuracy.
We explain the report to you in detail and highlight any potential areas of concern. Our surveying team are friendly and helpful. They always answer any queries or questions you may have.
