Review:It is well known that moving house is one of the top most stressful things you can do in life. Well AGB took the stress out of the move and made it seamless! The lads were polite and friendly, quick and efficient. When they unpacked all the furniture in the new house they asked if everything was in the right place, when I said I needed some chest of drawers swapping into another bedroom they did this with no issues, no complaining or anything. Nothing was too much for them, all round hard workers, top service & very professional. Thank you!

Review:I would highly recommend AGB and all their staff. Very professional and helpful. The men who packed the day before were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were polite and courteous. They took the strain on moving day and were very supportive when we had a late key release working until late in the evening to make sure beds were built and all furniture and boxes went into the correct room. If you want a removal company who really cares then use these people.

Review:The move was straight forward and stress free. However, one of the removal men asked to use my toilet not long after arriving, which I was happy for him to do. Afterwards I realised that he had defecated and blocked the toilet (which has never been blocked before), leaving the water almost overflowing! I find it extremely disrespectful to do that in a paying customers house and to not even apologize for it is appalling!

Review:Sonia got the quote all wrong, ended up paying double on the moving day itself. Quoted for assembling from a flat pack only to to inform us on moving day they dont do brand new items when this was ok when factorising the quote.

Review:They damaged my fridge freezer so that I've had to buy a new one.
I found out that when they packed my things they put heavy kitchen food on top of fragile kitchen food, so that a lot of the food was squashed & spilled & when I opened the packing box the food was all over the place & un-useable.
They also packed heavy objects on top of fragile ornaments so I found a number of my special ornaments that my mom & dad gave me and as both my parents died (my mom the end of August 2018 & my dad the end of January 2019).
Of the 3 removal men there was only 1 man (Dave) who really took care of my belongings. I got the impression from the other 2 men that my move was too much, I realise that my sister & I had a lot of belongings as we had most of our parents belongings as well as our things, I know that they had to pack all of our & my parents things as we are both disabled & were unable to do so ourselves. But it doesn't cost anything to take care of other people's belongings, especially as they are providing a service.Response:
