  • 2. How to deal with removal company disputes

    In the unlikely event, you have a bad experience with your removal company, you will need to take it up with the company themselves. The company’s Goods in Transit insurance will cover any damage to items during the move. 

    If you have a grievance with a removal company who is a British Association of Removers (BAR) member, then the organisation suggests you contact the removal company first, if they fail to reply then you can take up the issues with The Furniture Ombudsman.
