RICS Home Survey Level 3
Level 3, formerly known as a Building Survey, is more extensive and offers more wide-ranging advice. This is recommended for older and more complex properties. This level of survey can provide advice on any work which may be required on the home, preparing you if you go ahead with the purchase. The survey can also be used to negotiate the price of the home if considerable issues are found.
