The company was initially formed in 2008 by Stephen Laffan who has over 30 years of experience and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The Level 2 survey, previously called a Homebuyers Survey, is suitable for most homes in good condition. A surveyor will inspect the home and produce a report giving an overview of the home. This will highlight any potential issues found and recommendations for remedial work.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 survey is suited to older and historic homes and those in poor condition. Properties that have had extensive work completed on them or are unusual in any way would also benefit from this survey.
This is a far more detailed look at the home, with the report including details of the construction of the home, potential issues, work required and recommendations from the surveyors.
Valuations
Our valuations are produced in accordance with the RICS Market Value as defined in the RICS Valuation and Professional Standards.
These valuations can be used for government-assisted purchase schemes, probate and capital gains tax to name a few.
