Compare House ClearanceRICS Home Survey Level 2
The RICS Home Survey Level 2, also known as the HomeBuyers Report, consists of a full examination of all elements of the property, giving an overview of the condition of the home.
This will detail any obvious issues within the property and any work required in the immediate future. It will also review any visible concerns which could later develop into more serious issues.
This survey is best suited for more modern homes of conventional structure and building materials and in reasonable to good condition. This will allow you to make an informed decision on the property and be aware of any work required prior to moving in.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3, also known as a Building Survey, is a far more detailed review of the property, suitable for older homes and properties which have been built unconventionally or have had extensive work.
The report for this survey will include photographic evidence to show all issues and concerns found within the property to give the potential homeowner a full picture of the condition of the home and any repairs required.
The report will also highlight any potential issues within the property and the work that may be required to remedy the problems. This provides the buyer with vital information for making an informed decision on the property - either to negotiate the price or decide if the property is a worthwhile investment.
Valuation Report
We also offer Valuation Report services for those who want an accurate market valuation of their property. This is not a structural survey, but can be added onto your inspection. These valuations can also be used in cases such as probate.
