Suitable for most homes, this survey can give an overview of the property you are looking to buy. Your survey will look at the condition and highlight any defects, concerns or work required.
They will provide you with an easy-to-understand report following the property inspections, giving you information about the construction and condition of the home.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Designed for older homes, those in poor condition or unusual in any way, the Level 3 is a far more thorough survey. This will look at the property and the grounds, including outbuildings. Your surveyor will complete an in-depth report, highlighting any problems and defects. This includes pictures of the areas causing concern.
