It was great dealing with Steve. He called me within minutes of submitting the query for quotes. The inspection was quickly arranged, he dealt with the agents directly. The report was ready within four working days following the visit to the property. The report was detailed and everything was explained in a way that I can understand it.Steve was able to comment on a few areas of the property I had particular interest in in terms of future development.Great experience, highly recommend

Steve was extremely helpful and he dedicated a lot of time to explain in detail the survey results. He was also kind enough to look at a few extra things I was particularly interested in knowing about the property. I hired him for a Level 3 Homebuyer Survey and I think it was the right choice because I now feel I fully understand what I'm buying and all the repairs I'm going to need to do in the short and mid-term. The report was very thorough and it included an estimation of what the repairs would cost, which I found very helpful when deciding if I go ahead with the purchase of the house. I also found that his fee was the most reasonable of all the quotes I had received. I definitely recommend him.
RICS Level 3 Building Survey
The RICS Level 3 Building Survey is the most comprehensive survey and is suitable for older properties and or properties of non-standard construction. The survey will include a thorough inspection of the property and a detailed report based on the inspection. The surveyor will provide you with detailed advice regarding the condition of the property, identify risks or potential or hidden defects, and provide you with budget costs and timescale for any defects noted during the survey.
The report is jargon-free and easy to follow, highlighting any areas of concern to the property. This will enable you to make an informed decision on the property should you decide to proceed with the purchase.
