Review:Steve was extremely helpful and he dedicated a lot of time to explain in detail the survey results. He was also kind enough to look at a few extra things I was particularly interested in knowing about the property. I hired him for a Level 3 Homebuyer Survey and I think it was the right choice because I now feel I fully understand what I'm buying and all the repairs I'm going to need to do in the short and mid-term. The report was very thorough and it included an estimation of what the repairs would cost, which I found very helpful when deciding if I go ahead with the purchase of the house. I also found that his fee was the most reasonable of all the quotes I had received. I definitely recommend him.

The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is the most comprehensive survey and is suitable for older properties and or properties of non-standard construction. The survey will include a thorough inspection of the property and a detailed report based on the inspection.
