Compare House ClearanceHome Survey Level 2
Previously called a Homebuyer Report, this is the most common survey. This survey is suitable for most properties, providing they are traditionally built of conventional materials.
It will provide lists of any problems that might affect the property’s value and advice on repairs and maintenance.
Home Survey Level 3
A more thorough survey than Level 2, the Level 3 is recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or unusual in any way.
Your survey report can provide you with everything you need to make an informed decision on the property transaction. It will highlight defects and potential problems, in addition to suggestions from the surveyor.
Snagging Survey
Designed for new build homes, this survey will highlight unfinished work, construction issues and defects in a newly built home. This can reassure you when it comes to the home. It also gives you the opportunity to raise any issues with the homebuilder.
Valuation Report
We can supply valuation reports for a range of circumstances such as for Help to Buy and Shared Ownership properties and probate and inheritance tax. Our team of RICS Registered Valuers will carry out an inspection and undertake research to accurately establish the property’s market value.
Party Wall
If you wish to undertake work on a party wall, or find yourself in a dispute with a neighbour over a party wall, our surveyors can assist. We can inspect the area and draw up a Party Wall Award to settle matters between homeowners.
