RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our dedicated chartered surveyors can offer a RICS Home Survey Level 2, previously known as the homebuyers report. This property survey is for fairly modern properties that are considered as being in ‘good’ condition. The level 2 survey offers a detailed inspection of the home in question and its overall condition, resulting in a jargon-free report that will highlight any potential repair work required.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously known as the building or full structural survey, the RICS Home Survey Level 3 is ideal for older properties or those that already require further work. Our experienced surveyors will thoroughly examine the building and its structural condition, highlighting any hidden defects or damage that require work. The resulting report can then be used to re-negotiate your offer on the house, should there be expensive repair work required.
Party Wall Survey
