Property valuations are required for a number of reasons. Our chartered surveyors will provide swift, efficient and accurate residential property valuations no matter what the requirements. We can provide a comprehensive range of RICS valuations for sale, purchase, rent, lease and more. We can also include a survey alongside the inspection if requested.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
The RICS Home Survey Level 2 was previously known as the homebuyers survey. This service represents good value for money and will provide you with professional advice regarding the property’s overall condition. Our report will help you make an informed decision on whether to go ahead with buying the property and will detail any potential repairs or replacements to consider.
One of our experienced surveyors will inspect the property inside and outside, to list any hidden defects. You can then use the results to either pull out of the purchase if the results are too damaging or use the information to renegotiate your offer.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously known as a building survey, we advocate the use of our RICS Home Survey Level 3 service for older, unusual or run-down properties. Once an agreed time and date has been arranged, one of our professional surveyors will thoroughly examine the property, detailing any and all issues discovered. This report is the most detailed type available and will provide you with an inspection of the building and its complete structure.
