RICS Home Survey Level 2
We are proud to offer our RICS Home Survey Level 2 or home buyers survey when you’re purchasing a property that’s not older than 120 years, remains in a good condition and was built with common materials. This is the most popular type of survey amongst home buyers.
We will assess the condition of the property, helping you to make an informed decision. If we find any major issues, you can back out of the sale or negotiate a price with the seller, factoring in repair costs.
A RICS registered chartered surveyor will search for hidden defects and damages in the house that you wouldn’t have been able to spot when you visited the property. We will present the findings from our survey in a clear to read report.
